Right now (MVP) the AI employee owns first contact, qualification (readiness + budget + need), working the dormant database with regular touches, and answering common overview-level questions about your projects. The broker receives an already-warm client with a clear request and handles the live part: viewings, negotiation, price, the deal itself. Presenting specific units and a Zoom stage are on the roadmap (post-MVP).

Does Scalvex work the dormant database, or only new leads?

Accepted Answer

Both. Inbound leads are picked up by the AI employee instantly. The dormant database is handled as a separate entry type (reactivation): it starts a conversation at the right moment and with a reason, with built-in protection against being pushy (no more than 1 touch per 7 days, 5 per 90 days). The reason can be an event — a price change, a new project launch, exclusivity ending.

At what funnel stage does Scalvex hand the client to a live manager?

Accepted Answer

Once the qualification core is locked in (readiness stage + budget), or when the client signals readiness themselves — asking for a meeting/viewing or specific deal questions. At that point the AI employee reassigns the owner to the broker in Bitrix, moves the deal to "Qualified → to broker" stage, writes a summary into the card and sends a Telegram notification. The broker walks in prepared, with no repeat questions.

Will Scalvex talk to my clients on its own? What if it says the wrong thing?

Yes, Scalvex independently runs the WhatsApp conversation around the clock. It's not a scripted button-bot: its answers are grounded in investment-sales methodology and a knowledge base built from your projects, and you agree on topics and boundaries before launch. In the MVP its role is qualification and getting the client to the broker; it deliberately doesn't quote a final price, doesn't pick a specific unit, and doesn't stray outside its scope — in tricky cases it hands the conversation to a human.

Can I control exactly what the AI employee says?

Yes. Before launch you lock in positioning, tone of voice, languages (RU/EN) and topic boundaries (qualification parameters). Within those boundaries the AI employee acts on its own and adapts to the client, without stepping outside them. All conversations are logged and available in Bitrix.

Real estate is a complex product. Can the AI handle mortgage or legal questions?

Basic mortgage and legal questions are within Scalvex's scope: it gives orientation and helps the client understand the next step, drawing on country- and residency-level platform knowledge. Precise unit-level calculations and deep expertise are deliberately left to the broker — it hands those over. By that point the client already understands their own request and is ready for a substantive conversation.

What if a client asks a question the AI employee doesn't have an answer to?

The AI employee closes most qualification-stage questions itself — using the knowledge base built from your projects (cities, price brackets by segment, general terms) and country-level platform knowledge. Where deep expertise on a specific unit, mortgage or deal is needed, it doesn't improvise — it hands the lead to the broker with a summary. The client gets the right person at the right moment, not an empty answer.

Real estate buyers have money. They want a real person. Won't this put clients off at the start?

The AI employee replies within seconds to minutes and carries the conversation in human language, so the client feels attended to, not "handled by a robot." Its job is to take the routine off first contact and qualification, and hand the broker an already-warm client with a clear request. The final negotiation, price and deal are always run by your person — the AI specialist just prepares the ground before that point.

What data do you need from my team to get started?

From your team we need: project materials (cities, prices/brackets, terms, timelines), brand parameters (the AI employee's name, tone of voice, RU/EN languages, schedule), and a one-time setup on your side — a dedicated WhatsApp channel in Wazzup24 and a dedicated deal pipeline in Bitrix24 with a tech user and broker. We handle the rest (connecting everything, setting up the configuration, loading the knowledge base).

Can I test it on part of the database first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You decide what percentage of leads to route into our pipeline — the rest continues going to managers as before. A sensible starting point is the inactive/dormant database: minimal risk and an honest picture of how the AI employee qualifies and reactivates leads.
