1. Who we are
Scalvex L.L.C-FZ, registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (license No. 2650275.01) (“Scalvex”, “we”, “us”).

2. What data we collect
- Via the website form (“Register interest” on the homepage, or the form on the FAQ page): name, email, phone number, company, role, and your message about your case — if you provide them.
- Automatically: your browser’s user agent string and the country your request came from, derived from your IP address.
- Via Yandex Metrica (only with your consent): anonymized behavioral data — pages viewed, time on site, device type, IP address.
- Via Cloudflare: technical data required to operate and protect the site (IP address, browser type) — processed automatically as part of our hosting infrastructure.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, ethnicity, religion, political views, etc.) through this website, and we do not request payment card details or government ID numbers.
3. Why we use the data
- Processing your inquiries and contacting you
- Improving the site and understanding how it’s used (analytics)
- Ensuring the security, stability and abuse-prevention of the site
- Complying with legal obligations (for example, responding to a lawful request from a government authority)
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent — when you fill out the form and when you accept analytics cookies; (b) legitimate interest — for security and basic site operation. Depending on where you are contacting us from, this is consistent with the requirements of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL), Georgian Law No. 3144-XI on Personal Data Protection, and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
5. Cookies
We do not set “essential” cookies in the strict sense. Your language choice and your cookie-banner decision are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), not in cookie files — this requires no consent and never leaves your browser.
Once you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner, Yandex Metrica sets the following cookies:

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you are contacting us from Russia or another CIS country: transferring technical data to Cloudflare (USA) is a cross-border transfer to a country not on Roskomnadzor’s list of jurisdictions with an adequate level of data protection. We use this data strictly to the extent necessary to operate and protect the site, and do not use it for any other purpose.
7. Data retention
- Contact-form data is stored in Cloudflare D1 until you request its deletion, or for no more than 2 years from your last contact with us.
- Analytics data collected by Yandex Metrica is retained under Yandex’s own retention policy (see the link above) — we do not control this period directly.
8. Your rights
Regardless of whether you are contacting us from the UAE, Georgia, Russia, or elsewhere — to the extent applicable in your jurisdiction (UAE PDPL / Georgian Law No. 3144-XI / Federal Law No. 152-FZ) — you have the right to:
- Access your data and information about how it is processed
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal — use “Cookie Settings” in the footer for cookie consent, or email us to withdraw consent given via the form
- Receive your data in a structured format (data portability), where processing is based on consent

9. Children
This website is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors through the website form.
10. Changes to this policy
For material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking it periodically.
